Snacks and a 2018 Trinitas Chardonnay. Lemon zest, butter, and oak on the nose. It’s dry with medium acidity and it tastes terrific. When paired with cheese and prosciutto and salami, the buttery flavor evolves into a spiced butter. Hot damn!! This is a good one.
