I am a pasta girl! I grew up with an Italian stepmom who loved to cook and appreciated (and still does) great wine. To say that I take after her in many ways is an understatement. She taught me to appreciate flavor and culture.
Tonight, I poured another glass of the Ehret Cabernet Sauvignon that I opened last night and paired it with an awesomely savory Pasta Bolognese. Our kitchen was filled with the aroma of my childhood. I treasure her and all she taught me and continues to teach me today! She’s awesome!
